Loder on Skyfall

Kurt Loder likes the action set pieces in “Skyfall” (though he allows that we’ve seen it all before) yet points out some of the awkward aspects I mentioned: Bond-Silva’s homoerotic scene, Bond’s mommy issues, mopeyness, the way the picture is calibrated for the age of “sensitivity.”
