    Spineless Vs. Brainless

    By Kyle | August 28, 2011

Perry thinks Romney has no backbone and Romney thinks Perry is not that bright. They’re both right! And all we need is the Tin Man for this magical journey to Oz! I remind you: No one has ever accused Rudy Giuliani of lacking either courage or brains.

I agree, but I don’t think he’ll run. He’s coming to Southern California at the end of October to speak in the GET MOTIVATED! business seminar. It was in the paper this morning.

True, but he has been accused of having no heart, mostly by liberals who couldn’t stand a fiscal conservative in charge of NYC.

I’m with ya, pardner. Rudy has an authoritarian streak about a mile wide and we’d need real leadership in Congress to stand up to him. But in terms of leadership and willingness to do the right thing even if he’s hated for it, Rudy’s the guy for the times ahead.

Never gonna happen. Giuliani was a disastrous candidate in 2008. Those who underestimate Perry’s brains do so to their peril (again… you should be reading us).

In the same vein… those who doubt Romney’s spine do so to their peril also. Neither man got where he is by being weak or stupid.

Giuliani is unelectable. I like him… I think he’d be a good POTUS. he won’t get elected.

JimmyC- How is Giuliani a “fiscal conservative”? Any particular evidence that he has strongly pro-free market views or has behaved in a pro-free market manner? There’s plenty of evidence he no fan of unbridled capitalism (and various other liberties). More importantly politically, if he couldn’t even make a dent in the primaries when most Americans still associated him with projecting strength and bravery in the immediate aftermath of 9/11, how could he have any chance now that memories of those impressions are fading? He blew his real chance by seeming uninterested and unmotivated last time around. He’s done, for better or worse.
