More on Michael Moore and “Sicko”

    By Kyle | November 1, 2007

“Sicko” has just been released in the UK, and my comments on the film are being featured on “On Screen,” the BBC radio program(me) you can listen to via this link. The Brits, of course, love their socialized meds but are a bit skeptical of the way Moore presented their scepter’d isle as a paradise. The BBC’s Kirsty Lang interviewed me and documentary filmmaker Roger Graef, who takes a fly-on-the-wall approach to his subjects instead of making polemical attacks. He calls Moore’s film entertaining but essentially a cartoon.
