      Yes, the immortal comedian featured in Trading Places (One of The Two Railroad Yard Idiots).

      Such is life: Tom Davis, as his excellent memoir reveals, was the talented one of the duo Franken & Davis.

      Davis dies at a relatively young age and Franken goes on to play the fraudulent role of The Respectable Elder Statesman in the United States Senate.

      You/I/We can’t make this stuff up.
