    Moving On

    By kyle | March 28, 2017

Not without regret, having had a smashing time here, I’m departing the New York Post. Friday is my last day. Starting April 10, you can find me over at National Review Online, where I’ll be writing about culture and politics for the Rt. Hon. Charles C.W Cooke. The Post has been great to me, but after spending nearly a third of my life here, I’m ready to try something different.

Best of luck to you, Kyle. Are you keeping this porthole on the web, or no?

You will be missed. Did you have any input on your replacement? Will film reviews continue anywhere?

The Post will continue to have some reviews, Sara Stewart will write some and maybe others as well.

I should have been more specific. Will you continue w/ film reviews anywhere?

yes, I’ll be writing critically about film for NRO, though more in essay format than review format.

Well, that bumps NRO up in my estimation. Best of luck, I’ll keep following you here.

Nice! Another reason to read NRO. Do you know if you’ll have any interaction with Armond White (who currently does film reviews there)?

I see him at screenings but other than that I don’t know.

Kristol is The Weekly Standard, not NR.
