One Response to “The Reagan Way vs. the Obama Way”

No doubt there is a difference between the Reagan Way and the Obama Way. But there is also a difference in objectives, which may be far more significant than the difference in tactics. Reagan wanted to defeat the Soviet Union, to bring down their system. Obama is perfectly happy to let things ride overseas. Russian invasions, destabilization of Europe, none of that bothers him. His focus is domestic. He’s far more interested in socialization of health care and undermining the oil and gas industries than in anything Putin could ever do.
